For all people sin and will, if you haven’t already, fail to be perfect. In other words, it’s not a matter of if but when you will make a mistake, and, more than likely, it will be more than one, and these mistakes will continue until it’s your time to take the train ride to heaven. The Lord does ask us to learn from our mistakes and make adjustments as necessary to be as obedient as possible. But don’t ever think that you are without hope of receiving forgiveness; he waits patiently. I should know; Jesus waited a long time for me to take that first step. If he will wait for me, I know the Lord will accept you with open arms. I encourage you to read “The Parable of the Lost Son” while you’re pondering whether I am right or wrong. I assure you that I am not, but again the Lord is patient.”

BOOK of TIMOTHY
